Cromwell Netball Team Excels

In 2014 a group of exceptionally competitive Crommie girls set out to prove Cromwell's sporting worth on the ICC stage, destroying sporting sterotypes along the way.  The netball team of 2014 provided exceptional weekly entertainment, enticing supporters away from the rugby field towards the netball courts to watch as Cromwell worked their way up the ladder.  Form nail biting wins to significant dominations, the Crommie gals led by Nikki "Olle" Charles, Riley "Silfie" Waters and Lizzie "AWOL" Robbins managed to end the session in third place, asserting themselves as a force to be reckoned with.  Special mention must go to Sam "SeeBee" Cridland who, despite fighting almost every injury and disease possible, including a broken tailbone (don't ask) still managed to consistently assert her shooting dominance.  The season was thoroughly enjoyable mostly due to an incredibly cohesive team and I'm sure all involved will agree they had a ball.
