Accommodation for groups of 30 or more is available from mid-November to end January of each calendar year.

Standard Rooms: We have 232 standard rooms available.

Rooms are fully serviced, and Cromwell College provides all bed linen. Guests are required to bring their own bath towels and pillows.
Conference Information
Meal Plans:
Rates for rooms include three meals daily (hot cooked breakfast, hot and cold lunch, and dinner) served in the College Dining Room.
Custom Meal Options:
If you wish to bring in prepared food for your conference group and forego the provided meals, this is possible, and reduced rates can be offered. Please contact our Marketing and Events Manager at m.dujardin@cromwell.uq.edu.au to discuss further.
Facilities:
- Wireless internet access throughout the College.
- Complimentary access to the Chapel, Junior Common Room, and tutorial rooms may be included with your accommodation, providing a saving of more than $900 per day!
- All conference areas are air-conditioned and can cater for up to 100 delegates. The Dining Hall can accommodate 250 pax.
- Whiteboards and Audio-Visual equipment can be provided upon request.
Conference Room Hire
The following conference rooms are available for hire without accommodation:

Booking Information
Please be aware that College accommodation tends to book out quickly. If you are interested in staying at Cromwell College, we encourage you to secure your booking as soon as possible. Dates book out a year in advance. A deposit will be required to confirm your booking, and partial payment is required in advance.
