We are delighted to announce the 2024 Residential Assistants (RAs) and Student Executive Community for Cromwell College.
The Residential Assistants play a crucial role in fostering the well-being and camaraderie of our students within their corridors. They cultivate a culture and community based on friendship, enjoyment, and support. The RAs regularly check in on their “Corrimates” to ensure that everyone is adjusting well to university life, being away from home, and settling into college life. These roles are taken very seriously, and each Residential Assistant undergoes comprehensive training in preparation for the new year. The training encompasses leadership development, mental health support, first aid and CPR, as well as fire safety training.
Overall, the 2024 Residential Assistants and Student Executive Community at Cromwell College are dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and personally.
