Principal: As the head of the college, Mr Simon Armstrong is not only responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Cromwell College but also plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive community. Simon is always available to address any concerns you may have, ensuring that your voice is heard.
Deputy Principal: Our Deputy Principal Michael Crome oversees all academic and operational matters of the college. Michael assists students with course selection, study strategies, and accessing academic resources at your university.
Dean of Students: Lindy Roos leads Cromwell’s student support and wellbeing portfolio, working closely with residents and staff to foster a positive, inclusive, and connected College community. She provides guidance, pastoral care, and leadership development, helping students navigate university life with confidence while contributing to a safe, supportive, and engaging residential experience.
Residential Staff Back-ups (2): Dom and Claire are Cromwell alumnae who live on site and are trained to support students in various situations, whether it’s a late-night concern or an early morning question. They are approachable and ready to assist with any issues that arise, ensuring that help is always just a moment away.
Registrar: Robyn and her adorable Shoodle Jaxon, look after everything related to student enrolment, records, and day-to-day admin that keeps the College running smoothly. She’s your go-to for any questions about College processes, and Jaxon is always nearby for a cuddle or play break.
Led by the Deputy Principal of Academics, a Senior Academic Mentor, and six Academic Mentors, our team provides tailored academic support from day one. Regular check-ins ensure students stay on track with their degrees, offering additional assistance such as tutorials or help with academic exemptions when needed.
