Residential Staff Back-ups (2): Dom and Lindy are Cromwell alumnae who live on site and are trained to support students in various situations, whether it’s a late-night concern or an early morning question. They are approachable and ready to assist with any issues that arise, ensuring that help is always just a moment away.
Registrar: Robyn and her adorable Shoodle Jaxon, look after everything related to student enrolment, records, and day-to-day admin that keeps the College running smoothly. She’s your go-to for any questions about College processes, and Jaxon is always nearby for a cuddle or play break.
Our Deputy of Student Life works closely with corridor Residential Assistants to ensure residents feel supported, safe, and included. Students also have access to an on-site counsellor, with three free sessions per year.
Led by the Deputy Principal of Academics, a Senior Academic Mentor, and six Academic Mentors, our team provides tailored academic support from day one. Regular check-ins ensure students stay on track with their degrees, offering additional assistance such as tutorials or help with academic exemptions when needed.
