Red Frogs and Cromwell College

On Tuesday 26 May, the CEO and founder of Red Frogs, Andy Gourley, presented an entertaining and thought provoking speech at the last formal dinner for semester one. Andy recounted the origins of Red Frogs and the significant growth that it has experienced under his leadership since founding the organisation in 1997. What started out as a voluntary support network for schoolies in Australia has now expanded internationally to many countries around the world. Students were particularly amazed at the statistics that Andy presented that showed the number of different types of events that Red Frogs support , the 300,000 students that have been assisted in some way over 2014 alone and the number of tonnes of Red Frogs that are given out each year. Lachlan Power presented a cheque for $500 on behalf of the student association to Andy in recognition of the support that Red Frogs provides for many events at Cromwell College.
