Mexican Themed Dinner for SWOTVAC

On Thursday 1st November the kitchen staff put on one of their famed theme dinners to lighten the mood of SWOTVAC. 

Students were treated to a smorgasbord of Mexican delights including tacos, chilli con carne, tortillas, salsa, guacamole and churros with chocolate sauce. 

Mexican themed music was played and our versatile kitchen staff demonstrated some smooth salsa dance moves on the stage. 

A big thank you to all the kitchen staff for dressing up and theming the kitchen and in particular to our Executive Chef, Matthew Thurecht, for co-ordinating the night.
