CromWellness Week off to a great start....

Monday was the first day of Cromwell's first Wellness Week. To kick it off we had UQ psychologist Sheldon Pace, presenting to Cromwell students about the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health issues of our demographic. We also covered the initial actions that should be taken if you are worried about your own or anyone else's mental health. With 60 students attending, the week made off to a wonderful start.

Tuesday afternoon we went down to UQ Sport to take part in an aerobics class called Tone With Todd. With exercise being a crucial part of physical and mental health, it was important that we integrated this into the week. The class was a mixture of cardio and plyometrics as well as some light weights. We were all put through our paces and really enjoyed ourselves!
